About Breita

I have always had a knack for and love of teaching others. I am an attorney by profession, and I will be entering the United States Navy JAG Corps in June 2024, and I want to spend my remaining months in San Diego connecting with my community and using my skill set to help the kids here. My speciality is LSAT tutoring, I scored a 173 (99th percentile) and graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law. However, I worked as a tutor of elementary, middle school, and high schoolers throughout my time in college (Emory University) so I am confident in my ability to work with any age group in whatever subject they need help in. I like tutoring because it is rewarding for me to adapt to different learning styles, work with the student and finally get them to that "a-ha" moment where they realize they have figured something out through their own work and process.
