I was a full time nanny for over 20 years with the same family. The oldest was only 3 months when I met them and she is now a beautiful 21-year-old with 3 lovely siblings. I was incredibly blessed for this experience. Over this 20 years I have dealt with almost every family/child experience possible. Colic to college and everything in between including anxiety, hormones, and learning to drive. Just to name a few. I am the kind of nanny that is never trying to be a replacement for a parent but an accessory to help the parent have an easier life.
