About Betty

Betty was our wonderful nanny of two years. She's taken care of our daughter since she was 4 months old. We've come to rely very heavily on Betty - she's the one person we know we can count on to manage and care for our daughter without any concern. We're so sorry that we will be moving away - especially because we're expecting another baby. Betty's an especially engaging caregiver. She's also bilingual - a native in Spanish and fluent in English. Our daughter understands everything Betty says to her and in fact her first few words were in Spanish! Our daughter loves Betty dearly and thinks of her as part of the family. Betty helped guide us through our baby's many milestones and taught us so much as first time parents. She got our daughter into a routine, helped advised us on nutrition, and is the only one who gets our toddler to eat vegetables (basically this means she only eats vegetables during the week...). We're so grateful to have found someone who loves our daughter so dearly. We can only hope to find someone else as great as her in our new home in VA.
