Hello! Thank you for visiting my page. I have always had a soft spot in caring for those with special needs. My childhood best friend had a sister with Angelman syndrome, which sparked my interest in helping those with special needs. I went through an emergency medical technician training course, and passed my certification test. During that course we were trained on how to help people of all ability levels, and how to effectively communicate with those who have trouble. I currently live with a medical foster family, and am a medical backup for their foster children. I have assisted with children with many different levels of disability, including those on the spectrum and assisting with NG, G, and J tubes, tracheostomies, after surgery care, giving medications, bathing, changing, feeding, and entertaining. I am open to learning new things new training. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. Thank you!

Julia house sat/stayed with our 12-year-old beagle. Julia was punctual, kind, caring and dependable. She kept him happy, and safe and she was able to get him to take his medication, which is not always an easy task! I definitely recommend, and would hire Julia again.
