I have 8 years of experience in babysitting/nannying for a family with 3 kids, 2 of which were 8-year-old twins and one which was a 15-year-old. I occasionally would watch a set of triplets as well when they were very little. I've had the opportunity to work with a family from care. com who had a 6-year-old and a 10-year-old. I've also had the opportunity to PCA for a family with two kids, a 6-year-old with Cerebral Palsy and a 4-year-old boy.
