Bethany was very timely and communicated well until she didn't. I'm not sure if her change stemmed from an observation I made and confronted her about, but days after I did, she messaged me a few hours before she was due to pick up the kids from school to tell me she didn't think she could pick them up due to a legit problem. When I asked further questions and if she thought she'd be able to pick them up on the next day, no response yet her read receipt said it was read. She only responded the following evening when I messaged saying that I found her behavior unprofessional and she was no longer needed. As a single mother without family in the area, I relied on Bethany and she left me in a bad position with my employer.
