Bernys impressed me: she was very professional and clearly very skilled and knowledgeable about how to engage with infants (I have a 10 month old). She was so kind and she even put my baby to bed as he was getting sleepy while I was interviewing her. It usually takes me a long time but she offered to help me and she got him to fall asleep pretty quickly! She seems a very confident and dependable young woman! I didn't end up hiring her only because I decided to hire a Spanish speaker babysitter who could also work as a housekeeper. Bernys was definitely a top candidate!
