About Beatriz

Hi there! My name is Bee S and I'm an experienced local tutor who's worked for a variety of organizations in order to hone my skills and help students become successful both in and out of the classroom. I've taught kids to young adults (ages 10 and up) in a variety of subjects that span everything from Math, English, Vocabulary, Biology, Genetics, Writing Composition, and Social Studies. Furthermore, I also have special experience with general test prep, helping students perform their best on AP English exams, SATs, admission essays, and even university finals. More than anything, I'm committed to ensuring that my students are given a safe, comfortable environment to become engaged with the material they're being asked to learn and integrate. It is my belief that every child and young person can become proficient and skilled in whatever subject they fully dedicate themselves to. My job is to ease that process and act as an intermediary between pupil and teacher.
