About Baylie

I’d describe my personality as ambitious, caring and responsible \r\n\r\nI like working with kids because I like to see the growth process of each and one of them. They all have different goals and being able to help them or guide them not only makes me feel good but I know that it makes a huge impact on their lives . I like to interact with them and learn from them just as much as they get to learn from me. \r\n\r\nI’m looking for a job that aligns with my school schedule, so that I can make both my job and school my priorities. \r\n\r\nI started working with kids in 2018, I've worked with ages from 0-12 month- 12yrs old. Some of the kids in our daycare were on the spectrum, which helped me earn more knowledge on how to work with special needs children. \r\n\r\nIn my spare time, I like to watch movies and shows and hang out with my friends. \r\n\r\nOne thing you should know about me is once I start something I have got to finish it! \r\n\r\nMy skills include being patient, bilingual, adaptability and communication
