About Baylee

Hello! I am Baylee, I am a caring, kind, loving, fun, and outgoing 24-year-old. I get to be married to my best friend in the whole world. My husband and I would love to have our own little family one day but for now, I am here to help take care of your little ones. I am the oldest of 3 kids, I have been babysitting my whole life. I love to make any child happy and laugh when I can. I have experience with newborns all the way up through teen years, and I love them all. I am adaptable, understanding, organized and reasonable, but will always be firm, yet kind if they need a little redirection. I love to be outside, so anytime we can, if appropriate, I will gladly be playing outside with your little ones. I love to cook and be creative, Craft is my best friend. I have a lot of experience taking care of a home as well, so I am always happy to help out with some chores while I'm there. I strive to always go above and beyond in any way that I can, to do the best job for your family.
