Shopping, light housework, gardening, light yard clean up, small sprinkler repairs, I am very proficient in light home repairs (like those on a honey-do list). I've completely remodeled 2 homes and done some property maintenance/repair for a property management company in the past (I AM NOT A LICENSED CONTRACTOR). I have a history of assisting folks in preparing their own documents of various types (like DIY documents for various business matters) and, many years ago, I obtained a paralegal certificate after an accelerated course at California Southern Law School in Riverside, CA. My work ethic has always be exceptional. I've been recognized with work awards for being that employee who goes above and beyond. Overall, I have an eye for detail and love to learn, so I tend to research and learn as much as I can about most anything I encounter that I am not yet versed in. However, I will not attempt anything that I am not comfortable with and will say so rather than attempt something do.
