Barbara came through on tight timeline to help clean an elderly family member's home who had gotten into a very bad state while I live in another state. She took time to go to their home and assess their needs (including sending me detailed pictures); was clear in setting expectations and pricing; and arrived punctually and worked effectively over a long day to get them into a good state. She communicated with me the whole time, alerted me to maintenance needs, and sent after pictures so I was able to see what she had done. She's not the cheapest, but you definitely get what you pay for and I would be absolutely delighted to rely on her again.
