I'd describe my personality as warm, compassionate, sensible I like caring for seniors because they have lived their own unique life and have so much to offer in wisdom and knowledge and they deserve care and respect I'm looking for a job where I can provide companionship, support, homemaker assistance, and services specific to the needs of the client I started caring for seniors when I moved to Florida in 1993, got my Social Work Clinical License, and worked in Social services in FL. In my spare time, I like to ride bicycles, kayak, travel, shop at thrift stores One thing you should know about me is I am a retired Social Worker with a career in providing services to all populations. I've worked with seniors and family members in resolving problems and addressing the needs of the whole family My skills include listening, anticipating needs, creating a positive environment thru engagement, communication, physical and emotional support. I can cook, drive, converse and listen.
