About Barbara

To whom it may concern, I'm writing this letter to give my highest recommendation for Barbara as a childcare provider. She has been an employee since August of 2020. Barbara's role here is to create a fun and safe experience for kids, whether its 1 on 1 or with groups of up to 16 children. She is a diligent worker, always showing enthusiasm and compassion in everything she does. This includes engaging with children, leading games and activities, transitioning from one task to another and assisting during meals. Barbara is patient, outgoing, nurturing and high-energy. She is knowledgeable in safety practices and how to engage, look after and entertain children of various ages.
