I have 9 grandchildren, but the little ones don't live nearby. I love the baby stage and have the calmness and patience needed. I love to rock and read! I spent June 2019 - Sept. 2022 as a live-in caregiver to a new grandchild and I miss him! I have an elementary ed. degree but retired from a career mostly as a legal secretary. I would love to cuddle your baby or toddler as you get some needed time away. Could do daytime or even a date night here and there. I am not interested in full-time caregiving. I would like to help you with things like newborn care during the adjustment period, drop-off your infant or toddler for a few hours while you get some time off or go out for dinner, etc. In other words, occasional care. I am retired and flexible. I would accept a more scheduled situation if it were 2-3 days per week for 4-5 hours. Tell me your needs and let's see if there is some way to make it work.
