I sent out a post for a one-time pet sitter and was searching through a list of applicants. I met and interviewed many applicants and they were all qualified but it wasn't a perfect fit. I saw Bao and noticed that she had less experience than others on the list. I gave her a call as I was curious about how she would be able to handle the job. I met up with her and brought my dog along. She greeted me very nicely and was playing with the dog. It ended up being a great interview. I decided to give her the job based on my instincts and I'm glad I did. I came home from my business trip and everything was great. Before I left Bao made sure she knew what was happening and made sure we were on the same page. I trusted her and she did a great job. She made sure to feed, play, and take care of my dog. I will definitely ask her to pet sit again when I go on another business trip.
