About Bailey

I like working with kids because they're just the best! I've grown up as an older sister, so it's in my blood to be a leader and to take care of younger kids. Growing up, I was a camp counselor most summers for my service hours. I have also always babysat for extra money. I was also a camp counselor at Camp Ozark for a summer and loved every minute of it. I started working with kids when I was around 12-13. I was a camp counselor for younger kids at my school. My skills include keeping the kids busy, coming up with fun games to play together, and arts and crafts! I am also great at dealing with conflict between kids when necessary.
