About Ayanna

While I don't have any children of my own, I've been lucky enough to help care for the children around me as well as helping families through Care -- it truly takes a village. I believe all children deserve a lot of patience, safety, tenderness, and love. A lot of my background has been working in HR and I think if I can work with adult babies in that capacity, actual children is a piece of cake! I'm looking forward to caring for your children and hopefully making your job as a parent a little bit easier. I'd describe my personality as empathetic, spontaneous, and a bit type A. I'm surely a planner, but sometimes life calls for spontaneity! I like working with kids because they are HILARIOUS. Seeing their little personalities developing in this unknown world is one of the best experiences. They bring so much innocence and joy that I love dearly.
