About Avery

I'd describe my personality as caring, compassionate, and hard working. I like working with kids because I love the thrill of new obstacles and exciting interests that they may have. I'm looking for a job that is part-time as I am still attending college. I'll be free all winter break and afternoon weekdays once school begins mid January. I started working with kids when I was around 18. I babysat two 12-year-old girls for a summer at that age, and have baby sat younger neighbor boys off and on over the years. In my spare time, I like to hang out with my friends, cook, and read. One thing you should know about me is that I am responsible and that my schedule will need to be flexible. My skills include ability to adapt, entertain, and console.
