About Ava

Hello! My name is Ava, and I am a current senior in Farmington Hills, MI. I play Varsity Field Hockey and Basketball, and I love snowboarding, hiking, and traveling. I have worked for 3 years as a server assistant, and I am a volunteer intern. Working with kids always uplifts my mood, and I love their company! Growing up, both of my parents worked full time jobs. I was always in the care of a nanny who is now like an aunt to me. Some of my fondest childhood memories are with her, and I look forward to building memories with other kids! If there is one thing I would want families to know about me, it is that I am a very dependable and hard-working person. I always strive to leave a positive impact on the people around me! I started working with kids when my younger cousins needed someone to watch them over Christmas break. Also, I worked as a coach for a Summer Basketball Camp for 5th to 9th graders.
