About Ava

Hi there! Most of my life I've worked in the restaurant industry, farmed and cleaned homes, so personal care work combines many of my interests. Working one on one with kids is something that's relatively new to me, but they have so much playfulness and energy to offer that I think is so beneficial to be around as an adult. It's nice be be reminded of the beauty within the world that they see so easily and be surrounded by people so connected to their emotions. I am a lover of folk crafts, permaculture, gardening, nature, art, dance, and all things creating. I value compassionate communication and expression in both verbal and non-verbal mediums. I am prioritizing finding connections for my work as a personal chef, specializing in plant-based food. I would be thrilled to help elevate some stress by cooking for you and your family.
