About Ava

Hello families! I am a Nutritionist who specializes in prenatal, infant, and toddler nutrition! I absolutely adore children, and love providing counseling to meet their nutrient needs! Growing up with a sister 8 years younger than me, I took on a natural maternal role in her life. I have 3 years of experience working in the YMCA childcare department, as well as babysitting my sister and her friends when they were little ones. As a former Division 1 athlete, I absolutely love to be active; whether that is at spin class, or taking walks around the city. In my free time, I enjoy venturing out to coffee shops, exploring new areas of the city, and of course shopping! I look forward to hearing from families looking for some part-time or date night sitting!
