About Ava

I am a strong believer in supporting children's creative expression and education. If the family is alright with it, I love helping kids find art projects they'd enjoy doing such as painting, beading, drawing, and even music! I'd describe my personality as friendly, attentive, and funny! I like working with kids because it's a very rewarding experience and it's nice knowing that I'm helping families. I started working with kids when I was very young but I only recently started to do it professionally. It's been the best job I've ever had the honor of doing. In my spare time, I like to create art, clean, take care of my dogs, and read. One thing you should know about me is I'm a very laid back person but communication is very important to me. I like to give updates on the kids during the time that they're in my care so that you know what's going on. My skills include cleaning, tutoring, cooking, communication, organization, listening, and conflict resolution.
