About Autumn

I'd describe my personality as kind, fun, and compassionate. I like caring for seniors because it's very rewarding to me to be able to help others in need and building relationships with them as well. I started caring for seniors when I was in my junior year of high school. I started at an assisted living facility in Gardendale, AL in December of 2021. A couple months went by and I knew this would be the job for me way down the line. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my boyfriend, friends, go shopping, take a warm shower, or cook! One thing you should know about me is I am always willing to help with anything! Whether it be going on a grocery run, taking a loved one to a doctors appointment, painting nails, getting in and out of bed. I can mostly help with anything! My skills include patience, approachability and redirections with dementia/Alzheimer's, respect, dignity, and understanding. I also deal with housekeeping services and can help clean around the house.
