I was very impressed with the prompt replies and willingness to get on the phone at a moment's notice. She interacted well with my daughter on FaceTime. Her qualifications and experience are top notch, amazing resume and references. The only reason we did not hire her was the proximity to our home is a bit far so was a concern.
