About Athena

I have 15 years of experience in childcare with a proficiency in social development and crafts. Starting at 18 years old, I've followed a life long love of mixing my passion of art with child development. My experience goes from a private art tutor, to child care facilities, to even opening my own home daycare for a short time. After a bad back injury I've had to change how and what I do with children to limit spasms. But my passion of working with kids hasn't diminished. I'm looking to work with families that basically want an addition to their family, because I plan to treat every child as if they were a part of mine. I would love to help facilitate their curious minds, Instill a love of learning, and bring out the creative side of your little one!
