About Ashna

Hi I'm Ashna! I graduated from North Carolina State University majoring in Arabic Language and Culture in May 2020 and will be attending medical school this fall. Throughout my time at NC State, I have taken all the prerequisites for medical school, ranging from intro to Biology to Organic Chemistry II, which is how I have a strong foundation in sciences. In undergrad, I tutored high school students in AP Chemistry and Honors Biology. Through tutoring these students, I developed my tutoring methodology and style. Knowing that each student has a different style of learning, I try different types of teaching to see which one helps the student retain the most information. I want to benefit the students I work with as much as possible, therefore I welcome any resources or suggestions students or parents can provide.
