Overall Ashley was great! She was caring, gentle, and friendly! While overall she's superb, Ashley wasn't always the most punctual, but she always made it in reasonble and provided updates on her progress. As punctuality wasn't critical for us (we didn't have multiple aides who needed to swap shifts, etc.), Ashley proved great for us!
