About Ashley

I have 5 years of experience working with children ages birth to 21. I am an energetic mom of a little boy and am looking to help look after 1-2 more children too. I would help with light housekeeping, meal making, homework, outside/water supervision, arts & crafts, sensory play, board games and more within reason. I believe in getting the work done first so that play time never has to end! Ive been a teaching assistant, long term substitute teacher and a daycare worker before becoming a nanny. Upon meeting in person I would love to share my portfolio and complete work history with you. My history starts in 2018 where I worked at an all boys residential school for two years. After having my son I started working with younger children and have previously worked in a daycare and have been a working nanny for 3 years.

Ashley has cared for our son for multiple days a week for nine months, and we’ve been so lucky to have her! She is such a professional — always prompt and looking to make his day as entertaining as possible. She plans crafts for him, brings toys for him to play with, and she regularly takes him to the library or to other local spots. Most importantly, she’s very patient and caring, and I trust her completely, Plus, she always has great mom advice when I ask for it! We would have been lost without her. Her son, who comes with her, is also a joy, and I’ve loved watching my own son learn from him. I cannot recommend Ashley enough, and I believe any family would benefit from her kindness, creativity, and experience.
