About Ashley

I have worked with children for many years. I began as a counselor at a day camp. I also work with special needs children. My last summer there I became a nanny for one of my campers who also had an older brother (ages 6 and 8) I worked with them for over a year. One of which had type two diabetes giving me great responsibility. My job description ranged from getting them off of the bus, taking them to any after school activities, light cooking and cleaning and getting them ready for bed. I worked with another family who found me on Care. com for a year before they decided their kids don't need supervision any longer- we still keep in touch. Most Recently, I have helped rise twin boys since they were 3 months old. My mother was an art teacher so I can be very creative with keeping older children occupied and interested. I have a RELIABLE vehicle and clean driving record. I do not participate in any juvenile activity. CPR & FIRST AID CERTIFIED
