About Ashley

Beginning at the ripe old age of 13, I began babysitting. Since then I have worked with all types of children whether at my home, theirs, or in a daycare classroom setting. I have enjoyed every moment of funny interruptions, half-told jokes, whispered little secrets, and all the messy moments in between. I love to be around these ultimate joy givers and last-cookie "swipers". I have worked with many different age groups in informal settings like school and informal as a nanny. From infancy to school age I have come to appreciate the diversity in each child and in the varying age groups. I am one semester away from completing my Master's in Early Child Education at Edinboro University. I am the second oldest of seven, and not afraid of a little mess or the hard work that mess elicits. I work as a full-time teacher. Currently, I live in Plum, PA.
