About Ashley

I work in a child care facility as the lead preschool teacher. I have 10+ years experience working with children from the ages 6w-11 years old. My duties include, but are not limited to, classroom management, curriculum planning, compliance with Rhode Island Early Learning Development Standards, team leading, and carrying out various administrative duties required to operate a child care center. I am also a member of the Child Development Association of Rhode Island. Recognized as Employee of the month multiple times. 150+ training hours, including classroom management, leadership, and conflict resolution. Awards for excellence in time management and efficiency. I am CPR and first aid certified. I have my Teachers Certificate through CCRI. Aside from having 3 dogs of my own, I've been fostering animals for 3+ years through a local rescue. I also coached town cheerleading for 10+ years, ages 5-18. I am very artsy and love doing projects, painting, and everything in between!
