Hello! My name is Ashley and I have worked with very busy families for over 10 years as a nanny, family assistant, and house manager. Over the span of 2011-present I have worked with over 60 families. I have been able to acclimate to the families' schedules and also aided them in providing solutions. I pride myself on working independently and remaining motivated. I have excellent prioritization and time management skills, as well as special attention to detail. I work with the thought of simplifying and making a families home efficient with the goal that they will be able to be fully present during family time. Physical and mental self care is very important to me. It is important for me to stay active and to implement that in the schedules of the kids I work with. I played volleyball for 11 years and coached for 8 years. My experience in childcare ranges from newborn to teenagers. Works with special needs and multiples.
