About Ashleigh

I'd describe my personality as energetic, positive and happy I like working with kids because I believe the most rewarding thing you can do with your time is to take care of children. I love watching them grow into wonderful people and knowing that I had a positive impact on their life. I'm looking for a job that is a positive working environment, and will work with my school schedule as I'm going into nursing school. I started working with kids when I was just a kid myself. I started watching cousins for date nights when I was around 12 years old. In my spare time, I like to be with my family, hang out with friends and go to the gym. One thing you should know about me is I believe in positive discipline. I believe that when a child is doing something wrong you need to explain to them why it is wrong, and give them an alternate way of going about the situation. As well as explaining how/ why whatever they're doing may hurt another person.
