About Arshay

I like working with kids because they tend to have minds of their own. They're not afraid to speak their minds because they don't know better, but it's always unfiltered when they talk. I like being able to show kids attention that I wish I had gotten. My skills include problem solving, attention to detail, and just ultimately making sure that the child is being cared for as much as possible
