About Arli

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, adventurous, and organized. I like working with kids because it's an enriching experience being a part of a child's early upbringing. It's a time when they are learning some many things, and while they develop interests I feel as if I learn so much about too! I'm looking for a job that allows me to care for the child in a safe, flexible environment. I started working with kids formerly this year at the Wellesley Community Children's Center as a teacher assistant but I have been volunteering from teaching kids how to rock climb to crafts at the Boys and Girls Club. In my spare time, I like to spend times with friends, going on walks, and going to coffee shops. My skills include active listening, positive reinforcement, and toddler activity planning!
