Energetic and detail-oriented professional with a broad skillset and a wealth of experience. I am a military veteran who is up to the challenge of working hard. I believe in being proactive in getting to know my client so that I can anticipate their needs and deliver upon them before having to be directed to do so. I have more than 15 years experience working with people with disabilities. I am experienced with working with people of all genders from infancy to senior care. I have 7 years direct care experience assisting with ADLs, mobility and accessibility, and personal care. I also have more than 8 years experience with treatment planning, goal development and achievement. I believe in taking a very person-centered approach to assisting my principals with achieving their life goals. I have many examples of how my approach to care improved the lives of my client and their families that I can share.
