About Ariella

I'd describe my personality as humorous, easy-going, and hard-working. I like working with kids because I've grown up with four younger siblings my whole life, so it feels familiar to me. It brings me joy knowing that I could potentially have a positive impact on any child's life. I'm looking for a job that has a good mix between flexibility and structure. I started working with kids when I was around 10. I'm the oldest of 5 so I've basically been raising children my entire life. Also, I've babysat for many family members and neighbors. In my spare time, I like to read, write, watch television, play guitar, and hang out with friends. One thing you should know about me is my top priority when taking care of children is safety. My skills include communication, problem solving, and patience. I find it incredibly important to be able to understand the child you're taking care of in order to be sensitive to their needs which definitely takes patience.
