Hi! I'm a mother, nanny, and doula living in Saxapahaw, NC, looking for my next nanny gig. Ideally, I'd love to work with a family long term, with a similarly aged baby. My son was born in early January, 2024, and I'd love to give him the opportunity to grow up with another little one his age. I have been a full time nanny for 3+ years, and have over 10 years of childcare experience. I take a gentle-parenting, Montessori approach to caretaking and love to watch children achieve developmental milestones and encourage their individuality. The children I care for become family and they are always treated as such. I prefer to be outside as much as possible and keep screens off.

Ariana was our nanny from the time my son was about 3 months old - 7 months old. She was reliable, professional, and has a calm, positive energy about her that I appreciated very much given that I work from home and interacted with her frequently. She was happy to follow my lead in terms of what I wanted my son’s ideal schedule to look like, how he took his naps, etc. She was very comfortable taking care of an infant, and I always felt confident that he was safe in her care. (My son refused to take a bottle, and she was able to help me navigate that challenge, even syringe feeding him in a couple instances when I couldn’t get back to him soon enough!) I would definitely rehire Ariana for any nanny needs!
