I was looking forward to working with Ariana however the hours requested was something she couldn't do. My day was planned around her meeting my children on a weekend day however about an half an hour before the shift she sent a long text explaining why should couldn't. Such an inconvenience the day before school starts. I just wished that she had called to communicate the change instead of texting or perhaps told me the night before so I could plan my day better.
