I'm an Early Childhood Special Educator who loves children of all ages. Being a twin myself and having experience with infants, I'd love to help a family with multiple infants. I have experience with feeding, bathing, early child development, babies in NICU and children with special needs. I'm happy to take care of children as well as support families with all needs. Working with Children under 3 is my passion. However, I will work with children of all ages. I will bring with me a positive attitude and can always smile in tough situations while problem solving in a calm manner. I'm a kind, happy and enthusiastic person. Handling toddler behaviors is something I delight in I coach parents often on troublesome behavior believing in positive reinforcement when working with little ones. I believe it is the caregivers responsibility to provide structure, activities that interest the child and a flexible and fun temperament to prevent many negative situations.
