I have worked with both young and older individuals in both an educational and healthcare setting. My experience with children includes over 10 years of coaching with Early Steps and Head Start. I also was a tutor and substitute teacher. I was involved in swimming and 4-H for several years, facilitating youth involvement in these activities. Some of the families I have worked with would consider me a "Super Nanny"! My experience with mature adults includes over five years of wellness coordination and instruction. I have worked in independent living, fitness gyms, health centers, and private clubs providing strength training, stretching, yoga, EnerChi, and Water Aerobics. I have also worked as a care assistant. I also have experience with diverse learners and those with varying exceptionalities.
