My mother battled multiple sclerosis for over 20 years. I was around 11 when she first lost her ability to walk. Over the next 10 years I would learn the most important parts of bed side care. I would administer her medication. (Shots, pills, IV and oral medicine.) As things progressed I would get a crash course in everything wound care as unfortunately this is a reality for those who are bed ridden. I can sterilize , pack, and dress wounds. I can execute bed side transfers in order to move, change, dress, or bath the patient. I am a great cook and prepared 3 meals for my mother everyday and I can do the same for your loved one. Over the years with the patience and knowledge I only hope to bring your family member the same security, comfort and safety I was able to give my mother before she passed.
