About Anna

Hello, My name is Anna and I am the Health and safety specialist for a preschool in Flagstaff. My preschool has a devoted focus on children with developmental and learning disabilities. I am trained in Conscious Discipline, a curriculum based in emotional regulation and learning through play. I am CPR certified, trained in illness management and have a finger print clearance card. I work well with set expectations in a home, and can help with cleaning and maintaining the living space to your standards. I do not use the word "No", instead opting to explain what needs to be done differently. I am confident with new borns to 5 years old, no matter what behaviors they may be facing. My favorite part of the day is reading a picture book to a child and asking them all sorts of questions to encourage imagination and recognition. I will always do my best for the family I work for, I will listen to all sides of the story and do my best to keep a calm environment.
