I have worked in Human Services in Management and Clinical positions for 13 years specific to children and adults with Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities. I am extremely caring, compassionate and flexible. Increasing the quality of life and caring for all different types of kids and adults is what I am meant to do in life. I have experience with a variety of disabilities and have worked in extremely behavioral cases as well as with very medically involved individuals. I have certifications in CPR/First Aid, Restraint training and Sexuality Education specific to people with ID/DD. Along with my experience with disabilities, I have a 4-year-old son and three teenage step children that have taught me a lot about being compassionate and I have used much of what I have learned in my line of work to help raise my kids.
