I am a former 4th grade teacher with 12 years of full time classroom experience. I have also gained experience with grades Pre K -3 and 6-8 through substitute teaching. I am a visual and tactile learner, so I teach the same way. I'm very hands on and believe there are many ways of getting to the same answers. I also believe that positive reinforcement is crucial to student achievement. Learning can be fun and educational, so I incorporate art, music, and games into subjects.
