I'd describe my personality as sweet, honest, nurturing and funny. I like caring for seniors because they are the heart of their families. My grandmother was wheelchair bound so I understand the care required for a person in need. It brings me joy when I am able to help others which is why I am a Master Social Worker studying for my licensure exam. I'm looking for a job that will allow me to help others in time of need. I started caring for seniors when I moved in with my grandmother who was wheelchair bound in 1990. I cared for her for many years until she passed. Also, my grandfather was a Vietnam veteran with Alzheimer's and I took care of him with my family. In my spare time, I like to read, study and write books with a good cup of coffee. One thing you should know about me is I am allergic to cats but love dogs. And I will do my best to make sure your loved one is comfortable and is being properly cared for. My skills include patience, empathy and professionalism.
