Angela started off great. We had a MAJOR incident with her breaking my father’s peg tube. Angela sent me a message that the medicine went okay. When I checked my dad I was shocked. I texted Angela and she stated she forgot to tell me. That is too big of a mistake to forget. I am not sure why she lied about it. If it went great how did you break the tube??? Also, she takes pictures and videos of her clients. I am not sure if that is normal as I would not consent to that. To top if off she never apologized or asked if her patient was okay. Not a great experience with this caregiver. Maybe another patient who doesn’t need as much care could be a fit for Angela.
