About Angee

As a former teacher and a grandmother of four, I have a wealth of experience in caring for, playing with and teaching children. In addition, I had eight years experience as a licensed practical nurse prior to my teaching career. I love to read aloud to children and discuss books with them; I also have fun as we sing, play, talk, laugh, chase their rabbits and follow their interests! I love to work toward developmental milestones with little ones; I have recent experience working with families with newborns, infants and toddlers, including overnight care. I have a BS in early childhood education, and Master's and Education Specialist degrees in Middle Grades and Gifted Education. My first-aid and CPR certifications are current. I am interested in providing occasional, backup, or part-time care for a special family. I also enjoy acting as a family assistant or mother's helper if you work from home or need to complete projects around the house!
