Andrea has been a wonderful addition to our family. My children cannot wait for her to come every week. She plays, draws, colors and makes games with them. She makes them feel safe, appreciated, and that what they have to say is important. We asked Andrea to work on homework with my son and he has it completed every evening. We asked if she could pick them up from school and she is always right there when they get out of class. She has strategies for how she handles kid squabbles that she has discussed with us and that we appreciate and have learned from. We have gotten to know her and feel lucky to have her watch our kiddos.
